Shot Log: A Shot log is keeping track of what shots to use in the finished audio visual product, take notes of duration of each shot, and what shots are good or bad. This is done during the filming process to save time.
Edit Log: An edit log is keeping track of what edits, cuts, title graphics, audio and visual effects to keep in the finished audio visual product
