LO1: Understand audio visual promos PASS GRADE (P1)	Analysis of 5 music videos or film trailers similar to the genre that you want to make against the following criteria: Purpose, form, content, meaning, genre, intended audience. Embedded links of your chosen music videos or film trailers that are correctly referenced. Embedded links of 4 other examples of audio visual promos ( vlog, short film, documentary, TV advert)	P -        You have successfully analysed 5 film trailers for this learning outcome with embedded links. I -       Bubbl.us mind maps can be hard to read. Export as a JPEG and upload instead of screen grabs. -       Always add LO number as part of the post title, so it is clear which LO the work is a part of. -       Your example of a documentary (24/10/14) needs replacing as this no longer exists. THIS IS IMPORTANT -       For the examples of other audio promos ( ident/ short film etc) add a couple of sentences to each that explains what it is and what is it promoting. LO2: Be able to produce pre-production materials for an original audio-visual promo PASS GRADE (P2) MERIT GRADE (M1)	TWO detailed treatments. The second treatment/idea should be posted on your blog as  Contingency Treatment Ofcom regulations (all) and BBFC Classification (film trailers) to be addressed in the treatment. Script using industry standard format Storyboard with camera movement arrows, detailed mise en scene, camerawork, shot types, editing information (P2-M1) Weekly Production schedules that state what you are contributing to the group. Gantt chart including pre-production, production and post-production dates. Recce form and photographs for each filming location Risk assessment for each film location Release and consent form for all actors Detailed call sheet for each time you go filming. Copyright permission for songs/ sound effects	P -        Team roles identified for planning documents. -        Evidence of early script with editing instructions -        Evidence of permission for song to be used in the trailer. -        Evidence of risk assessments for different filming locations. -        Call sheets uploaded -        Regular detailed production schedules uploaded. I -       As mentioned above ALL post titles should have the LO number to go with it too. THIS IS IMPORTANT -       You have not uploaded a storyboard, for either your old or new idea. THIS MUST BE COMPLETED AND SCANNED IN ASAP -       No sample of the music you sourced -       No Recce sheets uploaded. THIS IS IMPORTANT – UPLOAD  THEM WITH THE LOCATION SHOTS YOU HAVE TAKEN -       You have email evidence of gaining consent from actors but CONSENT FORMS MUST BE UPLOADED FROM ALL YOUR ACTORS THAT YOU USED. THIS IS IMPORTANT. -       5/11/14 post title needs to state ‘Concept idea’ LO2. -       In the treatment refer to the audience as ABC1 with a disposable income – not ‘ working class’ -       BBFC classification is missing from your treatment in the ‘legal and ethical’ section. Also state which treatment is your ‘contingency plan’. -       Gantt chart does not flow correctly as there are gaps in week 2 and 4. Each activity should automatically follow the next. -       Need completed scripts to be scanned not photographed to the blog. THIS IS IMPORTANT -       For the script, mention in the posts why you kept making adjustments to the old script as this is not clear at the moment. -       You must make sure all details are filled in for call sheets. For example date and who is involved at the top. THIS IS IMPORTANT -       Upload samples of sound effects and music with copyright information and how you gained person/ copy of the copyright license. LO3: Be able to produce materials for use in an original audio-visual promo PASS GRADE (P3) MERIT GRADE (M2) DISTINCTION GRADE (D1)	Photographic evidence of setting up equipment, using and following script/storyboard, recce forms and risk assessment when filming (photographs, vine videos) Team roles/responsibility whilst filming to be evidenced on your blog. Footage from filming to be uploaded to your blog under blog post title Rushes. This must be evaluated against:  what is useable and why, what needs to be re-filmed.	P -       Rushes have been uploaded and most of them have been evaluated on the blog. -       Drafts of your trailer have been uploaded I -       You have a lot of rushes of footage that is not usable, so you need to work on filming and uploaded more useable footage for this LO. THIS IS IMPORTANT -       Team roles and responsibilities whilst filming needs to be posted. -       No evidence of you setting up equipment whilst filming. -       More drafts of your trailer with an evaluation of what was done and a critique is needed. THIS IS IMPORTANT N – See above improvements PASS - P3, M2, D1 NOT YET ACHEIVED
LO4: Be able to edit production materials to produce an original audio-visual promo PASS GRADE (P4) MERIT GRADE (M3) DISTINCTION GRADE (D2)	Completed shot logs for all footage to be uploaded. Completed Edit log to be uploaded Evidence of adding visual and audio effects to footage (Photographs/ videos) Evidence of what each member of the group has contributed in the editing stages (screen grabs/vine videos) Final audio visual promo to be uploaded.	P -       Screen grab of editing in Premiere and Audition. -       Sample of an edit log. -       There are no shot logs, completed edit logs on your blog for the editing so far for your old idea.  THIS IS IMPORTANT -       More evidence of editing is needed.
